Probably been done before but how far is your first delivery point and first collection point on SA's?.
My rural's first delivery is seven miles from the office and we have an SA whose first letterbox to collect from is ten miles from the office, and contenders?.

Our furthest actual walk is approx 10 miles from the D.O.
We only have one or two that start within 1 mile of the D.O.
That's what happens when you get relocated to an Industrial Estate.

I once took a van to be repaired to Basingstoke DO at around Christmas time and they too are on an industrial estate.
What struck me was the queue for the callers office went off way down the road and they all looked pissed off.
