Depends whether the item is where it should be... Shouldn't normally take more than a minute.

We get around 200+ customers a day and if item is on correct location ..... with in a minute customer is out.. takes bit longer for customs charges.

OK... but you don't get many customs charges, and we usually had quite a few pay on t'interweb rather than come in because they couldn't pay by card. So, on average, it should only take about a minute per customer seeing as your office should be organised, and you shouldn't have too many idiots coming in to collect stuff asking stupid questions.

We have an automatic window that opens / slides up and when a fit bird with low top comes in the window ONLY ever manages to get half way up .

Its a pain as the fit bird with low cut top has to bend down / forward to sign for parcel .

callers office... if you end up in there you normally end up on strong anti depressants or in the loony bin... (well sooner than working elsewhere in RM)

biggest problem with P739s getting handed over in the callers office was that either (as has been mentioned) the handwriting is normally illegible or the item hasnt been put in the right area, or the P739 doesnt say if the item is a packet, parcel, special, tracked etc... or far more commonly... the person with the P739 has come in to collect the item , before its been brought back to the office... i mean is it so hard to understand the section that says "please leave __ hours before collecting"

and not once did i ever serve a decent looking woman with a low cut top ... always old women wanting stamps , various guys, or fat dirty (ugly) slappers (and not the good kind ) in track suits with things like "juicy" stretched across their huge ar*e...

200 times less than a minute means under three hours work, so plenty of time for coffee. I shall be looknig out for vacancies.
