Paul Tolhurst has left Royal Mail
The role is being changed and the South will be covered by Gerry O` Rourke and the North and Midlands by Steve Cameron. Quarter 1 results were very bad.

Know nothing about O'Rourke.
Didn't like Tolhurst but is this a case of out of the frying pan into the fire, dingo?

When did Stevie Cameron become Steve?
Been around the corridors of power too long....
Tolhurst...not exactly Mr Popular in London.
Gerry O`Rourke...Isn't he the guy who called one of our guys a hooligan at a tribunal?

Doesn't matter who he is they are all tarred with the same brush, they should be put on a stake and burned.

Re: Paul Tolhurst has left Royal Mail
At the latest hearing Gerry O'Rourke, Royal Mail's senior manager in north London, referred to Tom Doherty as a "known hooligan". This was despite the tribunal already exonerating Tom, a man with no criminal record and no history of football violence.fishtank wrote:When did Stevie Cameron become Steve?![]()

Bet he's left with a big payout......................if we f***ed up as badly as them then we'd be out on our arse and be lucky not to have to pay them back

Re: Paul Tolhurst has left Royal Mail
Until today Gerry ` Rourke was the London Regional Operations Director and was in the negotations on the London Mail centres issues. You Scots might call the other Stevie but some of us might call him something else.
To early to say whether it is a bold move , an olive branch , more of the same or a desperate attempt to get the business plan back on track. We will have to see how it devlops.
