Does any other office have a 3 strike rule ? Our office has a rule that if you fail to do 1 of a list of things each and every day , you recieve a strike . When you reach 3 strikes you are taken into the office to be spoken to by the manager, where he decides if it merit's conduct . This wouldn't be so bad an idea but on the list of things some are petty and trivial .
Here is an example of the things on the list .
Not hanging drop bag back up on the frame
Not signing d2d control sheet
Not signing out
Not endorsing every piece of mail for closed businesses , even if the 1 business has 20 letters
Leaving empty boxes from d2d under bench
The list goes on and on ...........

I would be in the office once a week...Are we back at nursery. Are they running a business or what. RM should concentrate on the thing they get paid for:delivering mail. This management attitude to staff must be exclusive to this place but they fail their customers every single day with mail or packets not delivered because of bad management and planning.
