anyone broke anything around peoples houses ?

Hi there, had a large package today and the people werent in but had seen an open window so dropped it in the window as it didnt need signed . On the way to the ground it caught a small bowl on the window cill and smashed on the groung :oops: . No doubt they will be on the phone on monday morning anyone had problems like this before and what ended up happening

try calling round SUNDAY AND EXPLAIN sure they will understand and hopefully end of story. YOU KNOW ITS NOT NORMAL PRACTICE. On both counts.

i put some holiday mags throw a door the owner had put a set off ladders near lhe letter box and i pushed them throw a glass sideboard nowt happend to me :nana :nana :nana

Put a parcel in a window few years ago,customer claimed i broke her blind even though she told me to do it.RM paid for new blinds no questions asked

Why the hell would you put packets through someone's windows? :shock: if there not in p739 and move on :roll:

Broken gates, plant pots, a lamp, a vase and a phone but all while properly doing my job, don't know why people still put things through windows when you know it's only going to back and bite you on the arse :roll:

Knocked too hard on the glass pane of the door and broke it. :oops:
Broke loads of gates and letter boxes over the years. :oops:
A couple of garden ornaments and a door mirror... :oops:

You shouldn't be leaving stuff anyway ?? Docket left and continue ! Part of the reason we are in this mess is by people cutting the job up , racing round and dropping off parcels etc on doorstep or in this case through windows ?? Who trained you to do this .... No one should have ! So don't - do job proper ! Rant over

I thought I might have scratched a car the other week, but I'm not sure. They weren't in and didn't complain, so meh. The only thing I've definitely broken is a garden light, one of those little ones that you embed in the ground - they look a bit like UFOs. It wasn't my fault that it reared up and attacked me. They're so cheap and crap that the owner probably didn't even notice it was broken.
