word on the street is that delivery times could scrapped so that the present 3 for towns and 4 for the rurals would be done away with,i'm a bit suprised as they have to get permission to do this but then again with what we have seen in the last few years nothing would suprise.

Well royal mail have already made deliveries later with the new delivery method, so it wouldn't make a difference if postcomm changed the times as customers like you & I wouldn't notice, but businesses would.
