But still submit the grievance in writing including his comments to you. If nothing else it will occupy some of his coffee break and will be on record for future use by you if needed.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Aggressively laughing - as you put it is stupid and meaningless I grant you, but the post you quoted quite clearly has a "you're" condition interposed between the active words, thereby changing the meaning. But if you were debating rather baiting you would know that.

Chuckychucks,

B&H is rigged in managent's favour. There are penalties for making claims 'in bad faith' and an 'independent' manager will decide if you are guilty of this.

Try another approach. If your manager has made decisions that are bad for operations, it could be worth raising grievances on these issues to expose his incompetence.

My manager has also said things to me that i find quite insulting and i wanted to raise this in my grevience, i have no witnesses to the things he said because it took place in his office so if i mention these things in my grevience it's only my word against his, so do you think i would have any chance of winning my case or do i just have to accept the fact that Royal Mail management is as corrupt as the government in a third world country :arrrghhh
