What Benefits you must be mistaken

Been informed today by the DSM that the 39 working week and all payments for introducing walk sequence revisions etc is now off the table and will be reviewed in 2012 depending on savings targets.The intial £200 payment is now linked to an agreed lapsing plan in summer and all year round with the acceptance of a new local buisness proposal if you don't sign........We also must all be working to 100bsi with the agreed toools,geo route,IWT,Duty Builder etc and performance must reflect this(No Variances on a day to day it seems)..............get a wriggle on or your in for a chat!!

As well, savings not been made nearly quick enough last year so looking for 15 million this year in the north and the pace will be stepped up in the comming months to achieve this, it came across quite clearly with or without our agreement it seems.

EP targets have to be currently maintained also and the upper decile must be achieved also but nobody knows what it is as yet.............. large,medium,small units......the highest EP in each i hazzard a guess for now, but always being adjusted to suit buisness plans.

BT2010 not linked to savings...........weight off the shoulder.!!
Benefits paid on implementing aspects of the revisions.............not now.!!
100bsi not agreed..........You'll manage if not performance issue.!!
Upper decile........Well!!
Duty Builder not agreed.........manager will use it anyway.!!
Moving the goalposts absolutely,BT2010 dead absolutely,Planning for failure absolutely............cwu hierachy in our area going to challenge Rm on this, well lets say after today the cwu have nowhere to go and its becomming very obvious.Local Reps no chance.!!

Could go on about much more but can't be bothered lets see if our officials can be.!!

aye, heard it today in our office, the dom was questioned about it, cos we are due the wsms on monday, so we are expecting to get the 600 quid straight after only to be told 'all the boxes will have to be ticked to get it'? in other words we are more than likely going to be told to feck arf, we aint getting it.

Fishtank did your office manage to get local agreement on BSI ? is IWT at BSI 100? or are you still in the
process of getting up to speed

Our BSI was set at 85 to give us room to improve for the next revision.
No surprises for guessing they want to ramp it up to 100...now.
