any other rep having b@h problems

just wondered if any other rep was having issues with b@h in there office? at the moment there does not seem to be a day in the last coupleof weeks that i have not gone in to the dom office at the moment.and thats before we started lapsing so it's only going to get worse.

Given the problem with B&H and when I say this I mean from a manager/s, does a large amount of cases against a manager/s not trigger off a procedure that has him answerable to his manager so that he can be moved on (hope so)

how many cases would it take before that would happen though ? does anything come of it or is it just swept under the lino

Our office recentley held a union meeting about B&H, It Was well attended and we voted almost unanimously to allow a ballot for industrial action,We will see what happens next. our D.I.M. Has been a bit quieter lately, but with her gob that don't mean much

our manager came to us with around 20 cases pending and hes picked up another 10 at our place

The more B&H forms they get the better thought off they are.
