Has anyone noticed that on the last few wage slips the overtime is usually wrong, the mins are now apparently being calculated in % for example if you have 8hrs 50mins overtime and your lino sends this into wages they will be paid as 8hrs 30mins as the 50 is now supposed to be in % now!
What the hell sence does this make? What type of rubbish system is that they have introduced!

I am guessing your screws are not sending in the correct amount.

If they truly are now showing minutes as a DECIMAL (what you mistakenly called percentage), and your wage slip shows 8.3 hrs, you have only been paid for 8hrs 18mins because 60mins x 0.3 = 18mins
If it shows 8.5 hrs, you have only been paid 8hrs 30mins, because 60mins x 0.5 = 30mins
The correct figure on a decimal basis would need to be shown on your payslip as 8.83 hours
So, if they HAVEN'T changed the system, you're being shafted by RM for either 20 or 32 minutes.
Which makes a pleasant change from being shafted by the 'deal of the century', which will last a lot longer
