Tuesday , 28th August, 2007.... Is Bristol on strike ? We heard that some DOM gone to Bristol to do deliveries ?

IIRC, it was management trying to introduce what is tantermount to no sick pay. If you are off sick, you will still be paid, but you are expected to make the hours up. Great idea for those recovering from long term illness :crazy:

It was more about changes being made without agreement to the way we work in our office- five six day weeks, then a week off. Management are trying to get us on to rotating days off, which we don't want. As part of this they came up with the 'working your sick days' system, but had to drop that pretty quick cos it's probably illegal.
