I have heard it all!!!! How on earth can they even think of that!! No way will they get away with that! So if sum1 is off a number of months what happens there? or is it only the short term, i.e , 1 day ,2dayers up to a week mayb?? It was more about changes being made without agreement to the way we work in our office- five six day weeks, then a week off. Management are trying to get us on to rotating days off, which we don't want.
