At least not having to carry the weight anymore is going to help. Though one of the duties I've just signed for is mainly flats :roll:

Just tried listening to the video and its like trying to hear a mouse that is in next doors house?, if this is supposed to be professional at least get the sound on the video right.

Have you thought that maybe it's your ears......................all those years of listening to BS WTLL sessions can have that affect on them :nervous :chuckle

I say it because my knees have just started going down this road, since I've started using a HCT instead of a bike.
