tell me if your office is different but everytime there is the threat of job losses the bullying starts from the dims, the way they talk to you. the pressure they put on you, they want you to feel as though if you breath your on a conduct, think the sh1t houses forget where they started out. iv 16 years service and never known it as bad. is it just our office or are there others the same

The answer to that is bully them before they bully you, its time staff started to stand up for themselves if you are in the right you have nothing to worry about. you say you have 16yrs service you should know how to work the system by now.

we do lapsing 5 days a week in our office (mon-fri) some posties do 4 days out the 5 and some don't do any. could we get the union involved in this ? stinks to me it should be shared if were doing it. can u refuse to do it or do you just leave part of your own walk ?

lapsing is there to fill your duty hours.
if we have time we do it, if we dont we dont.
to be honest i take very little notice of what others are doing, but if they are getting an easy ride....

Under the Way Forward Agreement performance standards cannot be used as a disciplinary tool by management.If a postman doesn't achieve Royal Mail standards(nothing has been agreed with the CWU) then support and retraining must be given.Hit them with that if you get any hassle!!

Dont really agree with this. Obviously there are always people who are not going to do there bit. But there are also part timers who are finishing late as it is. should you expected to take lapsing if you finishing at 2.30-3.00pm? The answer is the people with pi$$ easy walks finishing early even with lapsing should be given more!

Our Dom has gone AWOL and the lino's are too inept to do bully anyone into doing anything.
