Some senior management have been told to visit delivery offices,(as they have not been before). Sad to see only a few offices in disagreement on the document. Oh well! It must be all the unions fault,(Yawn).

I thought there would loads more judging by the "spit in" brigade. More "spit outs" please.Help is needed here,CWU or not.

No need for him to answer which branch - but have you read the document - if you had you would realise Wessex is actually compliementing the rep.

I think my office has most of the disagreements in NI not the first time we've had the entire top team in to tell us we're wrong though

2 or 3 years for my office.............they don't even send the person down anymore because we put them in their place
