Anyone sign up to receive them? Looks like they are going to introduce a new service. Texting the customer to tell them expected delivery time etc. Option of redelivery elsewhere if you are out at that time and how much the customer would be willing to pay to have a specific time slot.

It'll be another one that RM takes the extra money but doesn't put any extra resources in to actually deal with it. :roll:
