A small sub office near me has 7 guys working there. A job (3 and a half hours) has been shared out between them for the summer from tomorrow. This means that EVERY DAY they are EACH doing 30 minutes extra. Can anyone tell me what the guidelines are for this situation.

The guidelines are:

If they have time, they have time.
If they don't. they don't.
If they don't, they either claim o/t or cut off.

I wish i worked in an office with seven members.
That's potentially only 6 people coming in early and skipping their meal breaks...result.
