hi can someone give me some advice please.Have been doing the deputy rep job in my office for about 4 months and am trying to go on some the course like union skills 1,2,3 if possible have asked my rep to get the forms for me but he is not being helpful sould i ask the area rep.The propblem is me an are office rep dont allways see eye to eye so dont want to make thing worse any help would be much appreciated thank :roll:

Yes - contact your Area Rep or your Branch. They should be able to give you details of any upcoming courses and advise you what courses are suitable for you.
