Cretins that you work with!! Worst but true stories!

I did abit of overtime yesterday afternoon on packets and returned to my office long after caller office had closed and dim had gone home... i came in to find one postie and his family (wife and kids) throwing in next weeks D2D's... the youngest kid was folding them whilst passing them to his mum whilst she inserted another 3 D2D;s who then passed them onto dad (postie) who prepped them into his fitting.... he prepped all 4 rows before going home... he then today delivered all next weeks door to doors!! all this after coming in 45 mins early which he does every day..it totally beggars belief the things i see in my office..... The same postie in question has even been known to come in on a sunday and prep all his D2D,s if for some reason they arrived late on a saturday!! can anyone out there beat this story??

What a complete Moron !!!! glad I dont have to work with him if I asked my Mrs to come and prep some D2DS the reply
would not be printable, in our office we do have people who come in early for free and run round there deliveries and as they are getting back early our DIM has rewarded them with even more to absorb as they are back early. Will be interesting to see how our office cretins deal with this maybe they will come in even earlier or run faster will keep you posted you couldnt make it up !!!

Why would you take D2D's home??? It is live mail and against the law!!! Prepping D2D is supposed to be included within your time.
Obviously, this cant be true if you are taking them home but you need to start cutting off if you dont have the time during your hours.

One of the part timers in my office comes in over an hour (sometimes he beats the full timers into the office) before his time and works for free every day. He also sorts on the IPS frame for nothing, and sorts packets as well.

I covered a walk on Tuesday , one of the streets has a lot of porches . On most of the porch floors were this weeks d2d's . One customer asked me why they were getting two lots of post , I was a little puzzled . Then I bumped into the lad who I was covering for , he was delivering some of this weeks d2d's on his day off . He's not a cretin , just someone who has bowed to the intense pressure we are finding ourselves under . Regarding doing the job right , I'm still standing firm but the pressure is taking it's toll .

You missed a trick there mate. You should've waited til the family had gone and then pulled all the d2d's back out, replaced the folded ones with new ones and put them all back in the boxes. Imagine his face in the morning, especially when he couldn't really kick up a fuss - "I was in yesterday afternoon with my wife and kids prepping d2d's and they've disappeared"!!!!

I always thought d2ds were contractedto be delivered in a certain week and by doing them early, I.E the week before breaks the contract?
