My question is: Can I refuse to put a bag on my shoulder now that Park and Loop is in.
Reason for the question is that using the golf trolleys take longer and means going over the duty time the next step I feel will be the manager saying do not use the trolley and revert back to bag on shoulder ......... please could any rep advise.

I would not outright refuse at first.
I would simply ask the manager to put his request in writing with the reasons why.
And see what happens from there

Implementation of the revision, there will probably be a planned date for the implementation of the revision however, it is essential that this is agreed with you, and it is “do-able”. you are within your rights if your duty is to use a lwt down to h&s but we started p&l in nov and with all the bad weather they just left you to do what you want carrying bags as long as it went put the door , but now the weathers better and not as heavy you are being followed to see if they can catch people not useing the lwt , my arguement with him was you didnt bother in the bad weather and i constantly ask why cant they just say nobody can carry bags then why was the new pouches made with shoulder straps on and he still wont answer the question. or is it 1 rule for summer (lwt) and 1 rule for bad weather (carry bags) .

Interesting senario but I will be doing as the document states, using a trolley takes a lot longer and better for your health.

You have to bear in mind this is thier idea, if it doesn't work tough s**t they got what they wanted so make them deal with the consequences!

We are due to start P+L soon so any useful and offical feedback to throw at the managers are more than welcome. You said it was their idea, I did not know they got paid for thinking up ideas
