not getting paid overtime

i was two hours short last week, told my manager and also didnt get it this week. plus i was an additional hour short this week. i mentioned this again to my manager this week and he said that im too slow so i wont be getting it. basically im put on a different round every day, and im expected to know that round instantly that day. what can i do about this?

They can put you on what they like , but what you do before and after your start and finish time is up to you. Tell your manager if you're not being paid O/T you're not doing it simple. If your manager has a problem with your prep or delivery speed then get him to test you and point out the problem.

the best thing to do is tell the dim that your not going to finish your duty in time and youll be cutting off and bringing it back , any crap tell him to come out and time you (no chance of them getting off there arses) if it continues you have 2 options put in a hr1 form telling them what the clown is doing ( bullying you to work passed your time and no pay) or go on sick with stress 6 months on full pay , no point getting a rep to help you (depending on your area) as the one we have is stuck up the dims arse. hope this helps.

agree with worktotime you have to draw a line with these bullys. if he can get you to work 30mins extra on monday hel try for 45mins on tuesday, an hour on wedensday and so on. then hel see you as an easy target. grievance procedure and b+h forms are our only tools, use them

the thing is ive just started a floating duty where its 32 hours a week, with monday and tuesday off every week. if i start cutting off everyday and only working my hours, then will they be allowed to change my days off? i love having 3 days off in a row every week.

basicly they can do what they want with you unless you own the duty. but they cant make you work over time. im no union rep but i would try to speak to one about your worries

Yes they are different (I've used them both) get one or the other from your manager/rep.
