Hi all

We are about to get a £600 pro rata payment on friday.(from the revisions)

Can anyone tell me if the pro rata payment is based on your contracted hours or hours worked? If its based on the later how many weeks is that taken over?

Contracted hours on the day the revision was implemented.

The £600 is RML wide, but the dates for issue are based on revisions and therefore local to offices.

Then when you have a Walk Sequencing revision you should be due the £600 and £200 payments. The £200 IIRC is for a non walk sequencing revisions.

Thanks TBT... would happily forego the £600 so as to NOT have the Walk Sequencing revision!

The actual payment i got was bizzare.

My contract hours are 20 - So that would have given me a payment of 300 as per the above answer
My average hours are 39.5 - So that would have given me a payment of 592.5 as per what i had led to belive might have been the case

I was acutally given 416.90 - Which roughly works out for 28 hrs - So i dont know how they worked it out. Lol but am not grumbling :Very Happy

Most of the time payments like this are worked out on your average weekly hours over the past year up to a maximum of 40 per week. Not too sure if it applies to this payment though.
