absorbing!!!
we had to absorb today as a colleague went sick, we are a 4.15 dely span, I had em thru the back and told them to not use their cars and come back and say they cannot complete their delivery.... guess wot they done, flew out in their cars and completed, one down tomorrow and my day off... I DREAD TO THINK!!!

You absorbed? you mean lapsed with no OT payment? Have you informed them about the use of Private vehiclews once RM removes their Insurance cover? That should give them a "Wake UP call".
