CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT STEPS SHOULD I FOLLOW, CUZ AM GONNA INFORM THEM ONE LAST TIME.

Put it in writing that if they fail to add your overtime on then you will be making a claim to the small claims court. Should do the trick

I ALWAYS GIVE THEM IN WRITING ON A PAPER BUT NOT ANY OFFICIAL DOCUMENT CUZ WE WERE NEVA TOLD ABT ANY FORMAL METHOD TO SUBMIT THEM . AND YES I MAINTAIN ALL THE RECORDS HOW MUCH, WHEN IT WAS SUBMITTED EVERYDAY .

Small claims court does seem a bit over the top at this stage. But if they are really messing you about and you want to do something official then why not put in a grievence form in?

that thread contains the grievance forms. Think its probably best for someone more experienced with the procedure to guide you through it though.

My advice would be - If I was in that situation then I would go off with stress because obviously that would make me stressed and I don't think I could cope, take a grievance or even better take him on for B/H as asking/making you do overtime and not paying you could come under that. Lie down on the settee until O/T is payed and when you feel your stress has lifted.
But don't take my advice though as you might not get stressed like I would.

Ps. Go up to your manager and ask for a grievance and a B/H form as that would scare him/her even if you don't decide to take it further and maybe they might just start paying you O/T on time because of it. Make them fear you is the only way a lot of managers listen.

Really? I cannot understand that. So, just because you don't inform a Manager before the event (Excess) then you don't qualify? I don'tthink that would stand up anywhere.

I would agree does sound dodgy to me personally. Best thing to do if your unsure is ask your manager how they want to arrange OT as most have differnet ways of doing things. The best piece of advice i can offer though is never trust a manager when they say they will sort it out for you or come to see them later to put it down on the sheet. Make sure you see it put down on the OT sheet and you add your pay number and sign it.

If might be unfair and perhaps even immoral, but it certainly is not "bullcrap".

Yes people who go over should be paid.

However, there is a process for what you should do if you think you are going to go over. It covers both before commencement of delivery, and whilst out on delivery. So if you decide to take a case for non payment of overtime, but haven't followed the agreed procedure, then, just like when RM don't follow their procedures correctly, your case may not be strong enough to succeed.

If no one in your office informs the Dom that they will go over before parting for delivery and he pay's them, then this would be classed as custom and practice therefore you would have a case.

We do not have to inform our boss. If we g over, we book o/t and it gets paid. Considering since BT10 we have only had walk sequencing which accounts for approx 50% of our indoor work, but several of the walks have increased in size from developments and we have D2D into workload, we are now doing more work than before, so they should expect walks to go over there time.
