bullying in the workplace

We were recently assure by our area manager that bullying in the work place had drop by 50%!
only yesterday I witnessed a act of bullying by a line manager,which put a female colleague in a very distressful state,but instead of backing off he seemed to get great pleasure from the distress this woman was in, and carried on threating her if she didn't carry out the request he made!
The situation got so bad that another work colleague of her was almost tempted to result to physical violence to stop this line manager from his verbal assult!
How can the royal mail let this happen and allow the dom to continually protect this manager!(oh by the way we know you visit this site on a regular basis so you will know who I am talking about!)
The area manager who said that bullying had drop by 50% has the same surname as the Plymouth argyle manager and the reason it has dropped by 50% is because instead of the 2 line managers bullying there is only one that does it in our office!

Bullying and harrisment is now a part of the tool box that managers are told to use, in order to try and dume down any person that they cannot deal with, because they are fick. Which is why they are managers in the first place.

I say stand up for yourself and show them that we will never be put down by lower life scum like them. I'll end this by quoting some fat bloke from years ago, and he said. we will fight them on the picket line we will fight them until we win. or something like that.

well i do like to keep my eye on this board and i noticed that my union rep has recently joined or at least i am presuming the bear is her. i have been less than kind to her in the past. my identity is hotly contested in our office. perhaps i will blow my cover at least to her when i say.
We here know you are on suspension although denied or unconfirmed by managers.
our cleaner told us as he was in the canteen and told you the rumours. the fact you had an area rep with you spoke lots. How many times have i seen you be reduced to tears by those bullying shafters? How many times has one of them called you a dwarf for a joke when i know it pisses you off. How many more times are you going to let them pat you on the head as the rep and still do nothing.
some people are very quiet in the office have you been set up one wonders. we never have been united in this office. yet you systematically managed to get 15 to 30 out on strike. the most there has ever been in this office. are you now paying the price at the hands of the strike breakers!!! (IF RUMOURS ARE TRUE) Cmon the bear do not be bullied look at this site. i read your message to the mdecs.
unity is strength.

nobody has seen the bear codebreaker. she is made of strong stuff. so concerned have i become that i travelled to where she lives to see if i could see her about in the town.
perhaps a little freaky on my part but she has had to bury her best friends mother. another close friends nephew was tragically killed here on the island. so yet another funeral. i know she is a little over wrought of late.
not that is an excuse. christ if she sees this she will hunt me down. i hope she sees that i am worried about her. she bemoaned one day to me that this was the shittest year of her life. god now i think about it i just remembered she is involved in a court battle with a supermarket. her husband was some how crushed by a artic trailer. he was injured but ok.
she cried the last time i saw her. her heart went out to a colleague who was so wrongly treated at work. i know she was so impassioned by it all that she was making a formal complaint. that was the last we saw of her.
i have witnessed her bieng bullied. even by the ex union rep. who is so protected by the screws. my identity in the office is such a bone of contention that she was accused of bieng me on this site. when she comes back i will tell her who i am.
my wife currently watching the x factor with the kids think i am soft in the head.
i hope my actions on here has not caused her the trouble she is in. so cmon the bear i know it's you wot's going on
