JUST RECENTLY CALLED THE UNIFORM TELEPHONE & AKED ABOUT MY ORDER & SHE SAID NO ORDER CAN BE FOUND ON MY ACCOUNT. I SAID TO MAKE A NEW ORDER BUT AGAIN THE c*** OVER TELEPHONE TOLD THEY NEED TO GET CONFIRMATION FROM MY DELIVERY OFFICE c*** B4 WE CAN PROCEED & ADVICED ME TO TELL MY DELIVERY OFFICE c*** TO ORDER FOR ME ..... CIRCLE COMPLETE.

No I get my manager to order me a new pair every 2-3 months. Well, I get the manager who covers our managers day off to do it because our regular manager is a useless alcoholic.

You can order a pair of shoes and a pair of boots at the same time.

The uniform is supposed to last a given time.
If the uniform wears out before then you can order new uniform but it has to be authorised by a manager.
Put a request to your manager in writing.
State that your shoes are defective, that you will have to wear your own shoes and that you will not be responsible for any accident you may have on duty caused by not being issued the correct PPE.
If they don't order new trousers and you are left going out on delivery with your arse hanging out the hole where the pouch rubs, then threaten to go out on delivery in your pants and see if they order them then.

Yeah fair enough it can be annoying when ordering uniform and ive found it can be best to use the help of a Manager to phone the order through, seems to work quicker.

Well the Daily Mail see us as Knuckle Dragging Union Dinosaurs - but I don't think that is an image that RM want to promote - except when it suits.
