Does your office have any rounds that are use just for training newbies up on or is your office like mine where they have some gimp as a workplace coach and getting a nice wedge for doing feck all most of the time who just takes out the newbies on HIS OWN WALK?

we have a round that is a bit easy and they tend to go out on that but we also have WPC who are all drivers and presumably get the money for nothing as the last newbie in trains them on their new walk as last time I checked no newbie goes straight onto a driving round

our is just training on the coachs walk, really old guy with health problems though so i dont like to moan :Very Happy

i thought you were not allowed to rejoin RM for 2 years general? :wink:

Yep we have a 'coach' who takes people out on his own walk. Hasn't been any new starts for over a year but as far as I know he still gets his £30 a week.
The sky is white as clay, with no sun.
Work has to be done.
Postmen like doctors go from house to house.
