Compulsory O/T???

VAN share has started here in Northern Ireland....and I was wondering if there are any CWU reps here that can advise me. Our new delivery system aint working...delivery takes over 5 hours for most duties, and with parcels, special deliveries, tracked items and recorded items...it is impossible to get the delivery finished in time. There fore we are being told that we must get permission as to how much we can leave of our deliveries before we go out. Management say we are "not" allowed to bring anything back which we take out for delivery...yet they will not allow us to leave what we will not be able to get delivered....so what do we do? Can anyone advise...can we "bring back" mail which we cannot get delivered before our time is due to finish?

Just leave what you can't deliver, you have to fight them but eventually they give up and move onto someone less likely to fight.
