If i'm right the amount of office dutys to have to change for a re-sign is a 3rd,i think.
So as it's ALL the dutys,would this mean re-signs? or have the dutys not actually changed as such?

i've only just pcked my new walk..not even done it yet and i'm already facing the possibility of a re-pick.i can't see how they can change walks so dramatically without one?? DEEP JOY!!

Surely though the late starts can't come in till after the re-pick as the duty times would be unrealistic,therefore the "grandfather rights" would begin with your newly selected duty??
i always thought this was down to local agreement, in our office we always have a load of blokes still wanting the same job regardless of start times or job content and we were told if you want to stay on your exisiting job thats your choice and there is no way of forcing you to change.
it always seems that you just get a good footing on a round and get on well with your customers then your forced to hope you get lucky in the re pick.
on the subject is it a case of seniorority for the re pick
waybackward stated (to my knowledge) that seniority is used unless the job is specialised also someone can have mitigating circumstances eg. DDA then they would take priority on certain duties. How would later starts alter duty by a third??
It's not altering duties by a 3rd, it's a 3rd of duties in an office that need to be altered.
i don't see how a re-pick can happen, none of the duty structure is changing ie. number of calls just the attendance time, it states in TWF that even during major change if your duty does not alter then your duty will not be advertised...so i don't see that changing attendance times alters the actual content of your duty.
you are supposed to get 28 days notice of when your duty times will change,no way could our office organise a repick in 28 days and it gets rm off paying out,im not saying it will happen just musing out loud

You lucky sod I have to sleep with the wife every night. I just cannot face these later starts - she may be awake before I can sneak out of bed - if you get my drift
