Manager Problem!

Hi! About 3 years ago i was told off for my driving style by a manager who confronted me with telimitry, i had a load of marks etc against me. I was warned to be more sensible in the future and that was all that was said about the thing. Case closed!
Yesterday i was in my own town and a friend of mine, came up to me laughing saying your some driver and being smart as he heard from a person about the telemitry! It turns out that this guy who is a deputy manager told his football budies about my driving thing and making a joke of it etc the guy is attached to my office, he was and still is a postman there!
Where do i stand on this? IMO he should NOT be talking about internal things to people i know and other people, these things should be private! It has really pissed me off! What should i do?

You're right, he should not be talking about it to all and sundry but, as Ryan Giggs has found out this weekend, once the genie's out of the bottle you can't get it back in.
Not worth upsetting yourself over. Laugh it off.

No, he should not be discussing this with any outside party, write to your manager directly, and lodge a complaint!

Thing is hes a workmate as well as a manager, im gonna have a word with him first and show him the error of is ways. I dont want him being sacked over it!

Well....our telemetry results go up on a board so secrecy isn't really an issue..in fact it's more like a competition.
Harsh braking is 2 points and excessive idling is 1.
I think i'm in a champions league position.
Seriously...if it was something more personal or delicate i would definitely make an issue of it...telemetry...not so much.

Yeah i know where your coming from but it gets personal when someone uses it for a slagging match infront of your family and its nothing to do with them, i couldnt give a toss if it was infront of my collegues!

I can see why you feel pissed off and if this was a more personal matter i would say make a complaint. However "bad driving" tbh we have all ragged a RM van (well ok only drivers) at some point in our service (when i was younger, handbrake turns etc ) and some at my place would even be proud of that sort of talk going around.
