Just been told this will be implemented within 3 months in our office, but I have to be at the school to collect my daughters at 3.15pm and I don't work close to the school, nor do I drive, which I understand is not the problem of Royal Mail but surely they can't enforce it this, I did not sign up for this and I've been with the Royal Mail a few years, they are forcing me out if they do this..

Yes you did...collectively when the 2010 agreement was accepted by the membership.
You could try for some family friendly option but there will be a queue...and limited availability.

should have stayed out until we got working no saturdays then we would not be working til 2-3 0clock on a sat

we are just puppets on a string!!!!! this will be the second time in 3 years i have had to re arrange my life to suit RM.

They (Royal Mail) only have to give you 28 days notice to tell you that your duty is going to change, it could be a duty change to another office which is even worse.
