proper answers needed ASAP..........................

a brief description going through a revision and re pick,on a personal note i deliver in a large rural village with another postie,my start times have been put back to 7 am joke,dom came out with me tested my duty geo route says 3hr 33mins total del that day 4HR 37 MINS.,now my duty has to deliver all packets and parcels etc in the village as well gone from bike to van,a very easy duty on the town part in our office is only 2 hours a week less than my duty utter joke most the office cheesed off they have taken another duty out and we are still lapsing

Q1 surely seniority comes first before contracted hours worked in a re pick
Q2 we have no union rep,should we get the local one in ASAP to sort this mess out
Q3 if i keep my duty,of which is FAR TO BIG FOR THE HOURS,am i in my rights to work to my time.
Q4 last time i threated to work to time the dom said he would have to put me on other duties,surely this cant be correct .
Q5 can i take a grievence out

thats about it for now,fellow members of staff have asked me to ask other questions,but cant remember most of them
management are rushing this through so we get £600 ,but how much will the DOM and his computer buddy get out of it,probobly double or treble our amount.

hello, we have had our revision, and well, welcome to hell, there is now talk of our walks becoming bigger next year mail is down so the managent say need to make walks even bigger,, from 5 hours to 6 hours... i hope doomsday is just round the corner........... it's that bad........... :((((

yes having loads of overtime,dom came out with me said afterwards i went the right speed etc did the job properly,now hes giving me a van instead of a bike,which is going to take longer,hes took 45 mins of me in the office sorting etc,but decided that i now have to drop pouch bags off for a collegue,do tracked items,do all my large parcels that i gave to another driver and do all my other collegues parcels as well,also take him out in the van and pick him up THINK ALL THATS GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN 45 MINS SOME HOW .

we have had ours in now for 10 weeks some days it works and sum days does not.the only problem is about it is prep time ie ips and the time the waves come from the mail centre.we have different start times eachday mon and tues 7 oclck wed 645 and thur fri sat 630.i have put it to them well the rep about goin back to a 6 start.no chance .i no everyone hates all this change put guys and girls we have to just get on with it
