Leaving the Business

I have been invited to an interview for another job, if i were to be offered the other job after the interview, how much notice would i have to give RM if i am weekly paid ?

1 week but they will even waive that in exceptional circumstances..

I gave less than a week. Resigned Friday left the following day. They were not happy but tough.

If I were lucky enough to find a way out of this shytehole, and I needed to be gone tomorrow, I'd be gone.

The last thing I'd be fretting about, would be how much notice to give these cants. :cuppa

Well Done! Cybitech :Applause f**k the notice Run for the door! :Very Happy All it means is it will take RM a while to sort out your owed pay and holiday. More important they won't have processed your P45 with Tax Codes etc. :shock:

Personally I'd drop these assholes like a hot potato and start my new job. Good luck. :wave

Actually they were very quick with all my bits. Very efficient. Had all the pay,holiday the following week and the p45 the week after. The leavers questionare the week after that.

Yep they wanted me out the door. Lol. The leavers questionare asks why you left,what you enjoyed about the job etc. I went to town with it but wether they take onboard anything people pit in it is another matter. It's about 10 questions long, comes from hr pond street and I should have scanned the thing now thinking about it so you could all see it.

Yes. But by god did it feel great putting sown that my dim was a total bully, useless etc.
