Late Wednesday in Callers Office
Our Callers office closes at 6pm. On wednesday we open till 8pm. Since this new system started , today 11.5.11 we have the highest numbers of callers ... 72 in two hours. Average we have between 30 and 40 callers.

( Yesterday 18/5/11) Late Wednesday opening 6pm -- 8pm . We had 77 callers .. the highest number so for .... it seems this time slot getting popular.

Well it is probably more popular because people found the queues smaller initially but as it becomes more popular.........................
