Any official figures on the 75/25

Has any areas seen an increase in their FT/PT ratios since the agreement.
Has the national ratio improved, stayed static or worsened since agreement.
This ain't no baseball game, you get only one chance and you blew it.

Ours has gone down...5 full timers left this year and only 20 hour contracts come in. Would say its 45/55 in favour of part timers now.

I've mentioned it before BUT who is meant to monitor this can of worms? We know it's a National Average but that doesn't really mean anything to the majority of us! :shock:

Is this just some Bullshit Figure that's been produced by some Management consultants...i.e "9 out of 10 cats say their owners prefer it!" :crazy:

Revison took out two FT duties and zero PT duties which brings us closer to the 75/25 split. I imagine the FT numbers will drop further and PT numbers will stay the same or increase.

what was the split before the revision daz?

ours is about 60/40 with PT at 60%.

The only one in fact, there is no big clamour or desire to go FT from our PT staff. 30 hour week is more a lifestyle choice than a case of thats all they can get out of RML. Our sole 20 hour contract man was upgraded to 30 hours and moved to the new estate.

Anyway delivery methods revision is due early 2012 and sequenced mail will be along in five months time.
