hi. Just been offered a job with royal mail. Spoke to lady on phone about security checks. She asked me if i had any convictions that i hadn't declared already. I said no. I put about my points on driving license on my application. So i guess this is already declared so i wouldnt need to her again would i?

i'm guessing though won't. Was just worried about them maybe not knowing i did declare them on my application. You have to put motor offences down also you see. They have expired also. But it just says spent and unspent. I did declare them so i'm guessing i don't need to ter her again. Think i'm prob worrying too much.

Aye don't worry about it, even if they do check, it won't affect the outcome because they have been spent....................what was the offence anyway? If it was speeding they'll take you on like a shot................some of the prats where I work are leaving the yard at 50mph When you do start don't be worrying about the job, it is quite easy, not physically necessarily, but it follows a logical sequence, mail in, sorted, prepared for delivery and then delivered.
