I'd recommend ringing the helpline first before filling in any forms. The bloke I spoke to was very helpful and he gave me some good advice. If you do go ahead and fill in a
B & H form there is no guarantee it will get passed the first hurdle if the people you send the form to decide there is no case to answer but it's worth a try.

My advice is don't bother, i took out a bullying case against my DOM, and my complaint was upheld,
What have Royal Mail done since ? Nothing !
The only thing they offered was mediation , which i refused as i know it would do know good as this DOM has been on my case for months and only once slipped up and shouted and threatened me in front of witnesses, hence how i won the case.

Royal Mail have said that as i have turned down mediation there is nothing they can do.

I expected him to be moved, or if i had not won the case i bet they would have moved me straightaway.

Royal Mail claim to take bullying very seriously , trust me , they don't.
