notice for change to startimes?
my office will soon be going live with p&l and all the joys that go with it but my question is does anybody know what kind of notice we should be given as our working hours will be much later?? ive heard a few different things but i wondered when we get the green light that p&l is going live if anybody knew the exact notice we should get?

Re: notice for change to startimes?
If it's an agreed revision and the change in start times is part of the revision as it should be....none.

it is an agreed revision but we still have no clue of our start times! but the word is we should have 28days written notice to a major change in working hours. i think its a government thing.fishtank wrote:If it's an agreed revision and the change in start times is part of the revision as it should be....none.

Here's your revision and we want you to agree to it but we aren't going to tell you probably the most important part.
What time you start and therefore what time you finish.....

Although i still can't get my head around why you would agree to a revision without knowing what time you would start or finish but i guess the blame for that should be equally shared.
