New joiner questionaire

Been on the job about 4 weeks and just had a letter from recruitment support telling me i shall be having a meeting with my line manager soon to discuss how i am doing etc. Also there is a questionaire to fill out such as have my colleagues made me feel welcome.does my manager treat me with respect,etc etc
Is this normal procedure as it also says it will be treated in total confidence but with my name and payroll number on top it feels i had better agree with the statements

Yes, I think so... long time since I was a 1 month old newbe. The only one that worried me (no reason though) was the 6 month and/or 12 month trial period. Not sure if they still have them/need with FTC???
