i think whether it is paid OT or not is relevant.

I bet the only people who are "making" hours are those who have yet to have their P&L revision.

Yes I agree it is.
but if i only specified paid?
people whos goodwill causes them to go 20mins over some days wouldnt get counted.
how many book every 15 min ?
and the part timers we often hear about pressured into doing way more than their hours.
for fear of losing job or wanting to impress because vain hope of full time place.
they therfore do not book everything?

the more detail the question often the more complicated the poll.

i mean flex! its total crap if you ask to book 30min its "take flex and ill give it you back".

It just causes people to book whole hours!

It might have been worth expanding that poll, for FT and PT options, as I could see PTers being happier to do o/t while I could perfectly understand FTers not wanting to. I regularly work 32-40 hours a week (claiming and getting paid for each 5 minute block of work I do, RM is not a charity), despite being on a 22.5 hour contract.

I have placed my vote, but could I point out that my working week is still 40 hours and is likely to temain so until October apparently.

Ive voted

I normally book between 2-3 hours a week extended delivery. I went an hour over just today

Edit. That's based on a 40 hour week. Ive heard no more about the 39 hour week
