I'd say full timers moan more but only cos they spend more time in office and have more to moan about i don't listen to them anyway its why i have an ipod :cuppa

Ahhhh but that's my point you see. We all moan at eachother day in day out.... if only all that could be tapped and redirected towards management perhaps we'd have a fighting chance to get things fixed? :crazy:

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I can genuinely say there isn't a pt/ft divide in our office.
There is a divide between the tossers and the decent members but contracted hours doesn't play a part in that.
There are full-time tossers and part-time tossers in more or less equal quantities. :roll:
