Callers' Office / Enquiry office Opening Hours.

What is Opening Hours of Callers' office in your delivery office for public ?
We open 8 am -- 6 pm
Wednesday 8 am -- 8 pm
Saturday 6 am -- 2 pm.

We open
7 to 12.30 (Mon/Tues)
7 to 12.30 and 2 to 8 (Weds)
7 to 5.30 (Thurs/Fri)
7 to 2 (Sat)

None of this information is displayed on our 739 cards or on the door itself.

Same as ours but local office where i live closes at noon during week later weds and 14:00 saturday tho.

mine is 8am to 1300 mon - sat
sat 7am to 12.30
why is there not a universal time across the board with these callers offices, such a big difference.

Very often our's isn't open on a Saturday, it's meant to be 0700-1300, I've known customers drive 15 miles+ to find the door locked! :crazy: Not enough staff apparently!

It's hell of a service we provide!

mon, tue, thu, fri = 7am - 2.30 pm
wed = 7am - 6pm
sat = 7am - 1.30pm

and it's on the 739s.
Just spilt stain-remover down my shirt. Now how do I get that out?

One manager closed our office due to sick levels and got his arse roasted by his manager.
The papers were onto it in a flash.
They've never closed it again during open hours

I think we have to be open for 2 hours which is our 'service obligation', problem is the public don't when that is! :d'oh! If someone complains they're told they came at the wrong time and that we were open but had to close early, lie :no no
Sometimes a note is put up 'due to unseen circumstance..', lie :no no
Drive into yard after a long day and you'll find a very angry customer desparate for their packet, tickets etc.....guess who gets the blame? :d'oh!
Bloody shambles....I kid you not!
