its 7.48 now as its a 39 hr week , its 12 mins less a day in our office , oh and as for them paying o/t our doms just cross it off , told rep did nothing about it so i just dont do any .

I wish i knew what was going on....in our office u only get 6hrs for doing a full duty on your day off.

I started a thread recently about not getting paid OT but that was extended delivery not working your day off. Guess the thing to do is work the hours they pay you for or tell them you cant do it! You shouldnt be getting screwed over for helping them out.

prep their own and out they go.

They usually knock the odd hr or 2 off for not doing IPS.
They tried it at our place,no one came in,the hrs came back.

Not rocket science is it, but try telling the retards who will come in for 5 hours on their day off that. I don't work days off anymore because of them, i'm not getting out of bed and wasting a day off for about 30 quid.
