Working 40 hours for 6 months now
but only paid pro rate for 20 hours deliver suppliment
and wen on hol it drops to 20 hours
is this normal? how long can they do this to me for

if you are working 20hrs + 20hrs overtime then you are getting paid the full rate for the delivery supplement, the extra delivery supplement is included in your hourly ot rate so if you compare your pay without deductions you will see its the samepost_bitch wrote:Working 40 hours for 6 months now
