Who is this committee? Our revisions normally get kicked out by the Area manager. Normally because they've not taken enough hours OUT of the office!

Were your revisions OK apart from the Toilet issues?

This could be an important delaying tactic.

Manager: Here are the new proposals.
Rep: I couldn't possibly sign that off. It doesn't take enough hours out. Let's go back to the drawing board.

It seems so simple, it might just work.

Sorry, I meant the Area Manager. Our DOM and rep are trying to get a revision that will actually work.

Thanks for clarifying that Hitcher. We've got exactly the same problem. Perhaps the Area Managers have had a brief and are using the same tactics? Or perhaps they're BOTH worried about buying those new Porches with their Bonus.

Our Own Manager and Rep are both trying to get a "Workable" revision. I think the DIMs just had enough of everyone moaning and bending his ear, he just wants it to go away so he can get back to watching football on his Laptop.

We're on about the 20th set of Proposals that the two of them (+Planner) have put forward. As you can see Clash you got the right idea , just that it's the Area Manager that's stalling! We're happy to have those extra hours left in the office (we need them in order to complete the new duties without claiming regular OT) it means they'll have to "Create" a few extra Duties, as the Currently Proposed ones are too long. Then at least half a dozen Posties will get made up to FT and get their contracts increased.
