front door letter boxes on time locked flats

If an apartment block has a letter box on the front door and seperate boxes on each door. Are you supposed to post them through each internal door at all times. or only use the front door box if you can not get in? Are you breaking regulations by simply putting them all through the communal front door letter box? A letter box is a letter box? or it depends on orders from managers or residents due to theft fears?

i got flats like this to i got told of for putting post in the letter box on the front door they said some one may pinch the mail strange that when i can not even get in some times. so just blue bag it now and put time locked on it.

We are told not to use communal boxes on flats, if buzzers not on bring them back, no access.

how do you know there are letter boxes beyond the front door letterbox if your new to that delivery common sense would dictate that you seal front letterbox and put sign up that boxes on individual flat doors inside

If the main doors are locked, re-bundle the whole block, endorse the front letter with "doors locked and date", you're covered then
