stage 3 warning

Hi Union reps, My questions are: I have been on on anual leave for the last 3 weeks, and yesterday I received a letter from my dom to go for 3rd stage warning for Monday at 9am, few things wrong with this is we are on annual leave on monday, (2) I have had diabetes for 3 years now (3) Not enough time for union to be involved (4)Have had atos appointment (5)Atos are aware of condition and was informed appointment that because of diabetes I was covered by dda, been in touch with Union, not heard back from him so bit worried about what is going to happen on monday, any info would be most grateful, thanks Dawn

Didnt gett copy of report from atos, only going by what doc said when i went there

Nothing will happen on Monday or tuesday or until your Area Rep is available.
Contact your Local Rep and Area Rep on tuesday morning explain the situation and arrange a suitable date for your stage 3....he will be quite happy to oblige....it is important that your Area Rep is present.
Make sure you schedule some face to face time with your Area Rep before the meeting.
Contact your Dom on tuesday morning and inform him that a suitable date has been arranged.
You take control...you make sure there is time for the union to be involved.

Ty Fishtank, managed by sheer chance of getting hold of my union rep, who said he would sort things out, never heard back, but it has been long weekend, andknow how doms react to union taking ovr these appointments that doms have mucked up yet again, what is concerning me is that reports from doctor supposed to be attached and didnt gt any of these, so how i am supposed to be prepared for interview what is to decide if i have a job or not

Then you postpone the meeting until you get what you need...don't be harassed into this.it's your job you are protecting,the fact that a DOM might be pissed off should mean absolutely nothing to you.
