many thanks, i've been a postman for 35 years now, can do it standing on my head, that's because I was well trained as a youth, my son has just joined and has had no training at all, he was put on a walk today, he had never ever done( been in only 5 weeks) and he missed three boxes, no map, no being driven round the walk, nothing, it shames us all, we need to do all we can for the new recruits, because they are our future, so moya can pick the bones out of that one, once again, many thanks!!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

a generation abandoned. i've got a son working at tesco and they get treated like s**t their to. when i see youngsters working p/t at r/m because thats all they can get, but their are still 40 hour employee's doing bucket loads of docket, theirs something wrong, surely?

You don't ask you don't get,a few on here used the ask.allan thing and ask.adam and got results.
The more who have the balls to contact her (office at least) the better.

well i've just sent Moya a letter, its regarding bullying managers/forced overtime. everyone on these boards should bombard her with questions. it might open her eyes up a bit..........then again, maybe not.. :roll:

She has a reality filter though Image appears quite effective, mind you its a corporate filter with many levels filtering out the unpalatable stuff. Local and Area servers apparently extremely effective nationwide.
