Out of interest (and I'm assuming here) why do you feel that thats unfair?

it does seem unfair to be honest between the 30 hour contracts and 40 hour contracts as the only difference was the ips sorting, the delivery times should are the same, although everything is changing now, ive recently gone to full time since our re pick, its taken nearly 4 years to get the full time contract, and no doubt i will still get the pro rata rate.. the d2d delivery supplement is a joke too, you stll have to do the same as everyone else but yet you get paid £5 less??

Pro rata is fair,Also the delivery suppliment is not for d2d,It is a supplement calculated on hours worked,Nothing atall to do with d2d,We dont get paid for those anymore.

If you have a full time contract (40hrs) nothing will be pro-rata!

I bet your 1 of the 20+yrs that has a piss ant duty that's finished by 11am while us part timers are out past 3pm

oh, not the PT vs FT again.....

i agree that the pro rata is a pain for us PT at times but there is nothing FT can do about it.

Is 3pm the time you are supposed to finish?
If it is why do you have an issue with working the hours that you are paid?
If it isn't why are you working to that time if you don't want to?

Am happy working the hours am paid and am finished in time it's most of my other pt that I feel 4.
