re- signs

In my office there was a re- sign a couple of months ago.
Since then 4 people have left who had signed for walks.
What I would like to ask is what are the rules for another re- sign, some people are saying that you cannot sign for another walk within a year of the previous re- sign.
Can anyone clear this up please as my rep is not clear on this and I don't want to get shafted once again by not having all the facts cheers.

As far as im aware that rule does not apply to full office resigns due to major change.

No.... but the original resign was.
If you picked the walk you are on after a full office resign due to major change there should be no problem signing for a vacant duty,even after less than 12 months.

Full office resign = anyone can sign for another duty when it comes up.

Sign for a walk outside of a full office resign and you are stuck on it for a year before you can change!

14.9 Employees taking up internally-advertised posts will be dedicated to them for a minimum of 12 months. No applications for job moves will be considered during that period, unless they are:
