Give all your bank books and credit cards, etc to a trusted family friend or relative and ask them to give you them back for one day each month....... problem solved!

Can you imagine how hard it would be to chase up unpaid overtime if we were paid monthly,
God knows how hard it is to re-claim O/T from the week before, nevermind from 4 weeks ago
RM have proven that they cant be trusted to keep accurate figures...
We'd be fighting them every month to get back what is owed to us.

Would get monthly pay really help you? Normally if you get paid monthly you would have to work say from 1st April to the 30th April and then wait an extra week to actually get paid that money. You wouldnt get any money in advance! So on the change over month you would be waiting upto 5 weeks for your next pay check!

Learn to budget!If a four week month coming up spilt your wages as required.I would have no problem moving wage structure as long as it was to our avantage i.e 4 weekly instead of monthly.This will eventually come in.
